Santafiora® & Spritz: A Tuscan Natural Stone Experience in Chicago

Margraf USA invited the whole Chicago’s architecture and design community to Santafiora® & Spritz, a summer evening celebrating the arrival of Santafiora at our Stone & Design Lab.

Warm, timeless, and deeply connected to the Tuscan landscape, Santafiora® is a distinctive natural stone sourced from Margraf’s newly acquired quarry in Tuscany. This special event offered guests the opportunity to be among the first to preview the newly arrived slabs in Chicago and discover the material’s natural character, versatility, and architectural potential.

Santafiora® is defined by its warm, earthy appearance and understated elegance. Its natural texture and timeless aesthetic make it suitable for a wide range of interior and exterior applications, from flooring and wall cladding to countertops, fireplaces, and custom architectural elements.

During the evening, the Margraf USA team introduced the material, presented the newly arrived slabs, and was available to discuss finishes, applications, technical considerations, and specification opportunities.

Guests also had the opportunity to experience Santafiora within the inspiring setting of our Chicago Stone & Design Lab, where natural stone, Italian craftsmanship, and contemporary design come together.

An Italian-Inspired Summer Evening

Inspired by the relaxed atmosphere and warm hospitality of Tuscany, Santafiora® & Spritz featured Italian-inspired bites, curated spritzes, and meaningful conversations with members of Chicago’s design community.

The evening was designed to be both an introduction to an exceptional natural stone and an opportunity to connect with architects, interior designers, fabricators, developers, and industry partners in a welcoming showroom environment.
