Chicago Build 2025 Highlights: Santafiora, Lavagrigia and Lavarosa by Margraf

Chicago Build 2025 was more than an exhibition, it was a vibrant hub for innovation, networking, and inspiration in the architecture and design community. The event brought together many industry professionals, offering a unique platform to explore trends, share ideas, and discover cutting-edge solutions. For our Margraf team, it was an incredible opportunity to showcase the beauty and versatility of natural stone. Our stand featured a curated mix of premium materials, quartzites, marbles, semiprecious stones, and travertines, each telling its own story of elegance, durability, and timeless design.

This year, we placed a special focus on three exceptional stones for outdoor applications:

Santafiora Marble
A refined Italian marble, coming from Tuscany, known for its warm tones and natural veining. Ideal for walls, building facades, and floors, Santafiora combines durability with timeless elegance, making it perfect for exterior architectural projects.

Lavagrigia & Lavarosa
These unique volcanic stones stand out for their strength and distinctive textures. Their natural resilience makes them an excellent choice for facades, outdoor flooring, and decorative elements, bringing a bold and contemporary character to any design.
